Refund Policy

Be'OLE Academy Global Sdn. Bhd. ("the Academy") provides high-value educational services, including digital courses, professional workshops, and bespoke mentorship programs. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the following strictly No-Refund policy.

1. Final Sale & Non-Refundability

All payments made to Be'OLE Academy are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances.

  • Inability to attend live sessions or complete the course.

  • Dissatisfaction with course content, difficulty level, or results.

  • Financial hardship or overlapping schedules.

2. Registration & Administrative Fees

A portion of your payment consists of a Non-Refundable Registration Fee. This fee covers the immediate administrative costs of processing your application, verifying documents, and securing your seat in our limited-intake programs. This fee is earned by the Academy upon receipt and is not refundable under any circumstances.

3. Commitment to Enrollment & Delivery Timeline

Be'OLE Academy operates on a manual enrollment and vetting process.

  • Binding Commitment: Your commitment is finalized the moment payment is made.

  • Delivery Policy: Access to digital portals, curriculum materials, or student groups is typically granted within 3–5 working days after payment verification.

  • No "Pre-Access" Refunds: Because a seat has been reserved and administrative actions have been initiated, the lack of immediate access to digital assets does not entitle the student to a refund.

4. Professional Mentorship & 1-on-1 Consultations

This section applies to all personalized coaching, strategic diagnoses, and 1-on-1 sessions:

  • Service Obligation: Payment secures the dedicated time of our consultants/mentors. Once a session is booked, the fee is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Any request to reschedule must be submitted via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund or credit.

5. Digital Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

Our courses contain proprietary strategies, templates, and frameworks. To prevent the unauthorized distribution of our IP, we do not permit "trial periods." Once you have been granted access to the Academy’s digital assets, the service is deemed "fully consumed."

6. Technical Support

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to our platform, the Academy’s sole responsibility is to provide a technical solution. A refund will only be considered if the Academy fails to resolve a verified technical defect on its end within 14 working days of being notified.

7. Offline & Manual Transactions

For enrollments finalized via Bank Transfer, Cheque, or WhatsApp, this written policy remains the governing document. No verbal agreements or informal discussions shall supersede these written terms.
